This integration step makes it possible to retrieve and display record data from documents contained in EASY ARCHIVE using its the quick and convenient full-text retrieval. Here the search takes place only within indices contained in EASY ARCHIVE.
Access to the SAP database does not take place. These indices can be made available at any time to EASY ARCHIVE from a transaction belonging to EASY-LINK for SAP R/3 Level 2.
EASY-LINK for SAP R/3 Level 2 makes hyperlinks from this information to the already optically archived SAP document. In this way also the original documents of such SAP records can be searched. The records have already been reorganized in SAP and are no longer online there or are not available at the time. The original records are then displayed in SAP R/3 when desired.
