Choice of Integration Depth
EASY-LINK for SAP R/3 makes it possible to link EASY ARCHIVE to an SAP R/3 environment. This module is available in three integration steps and CaRD implements and supports all of these options:
- EASY LINK for SAP R/3 Level 1
supports the full range of features of the basic interface SAP ArchiveLink which is part of SAP R/3.
- EASY LINK for SAP R/3 Level 2
further allows the comfortable and fast full-text search of original SAP records in EASY ARCHIVE, which has already been archived on optical media.
- EASY LINK for SAP R/3 Level 2
enables non-SAP R/3 archives and objects from the SAP R/3 SAPGUI to be displayed in the familiar look & feel of the SAP user interface.
Familiar Working Environment
Whether original records are to be scanned and archived, or if print lists, e.g. account printouts or reorganization lists are to be archived, the SAP user does it all in his familiar SAP R/3 working environment. Objects already archived to SAP records can just as easily be found and displayed from the SAP R/3 interface by simply pressing a button.
